Shipping Policies

1. Order Processing

• Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after receiving payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

• Order Confirmation: Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation on  Email or phone number provided  . After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We use FedEx Express to deliver our products globally. 

However, if you prefer to use a different carrier for your order, we are happy to accommodate your request.

• International Shipping:

  • We ship worldwide via FedEx Express, and delivery times will depend on the destination country. Most international shipments will take between 8–10 business days.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs processing.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for your order will be calculated based on the destination and weight of the package. Since shipping rates vary depending on your location .

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via  email or phone number provided . You can track your shipment using the tracking number through the FedEx website.

5. Shipping Delays

While we aim to ensure timely deliveries, delays may occur due to factors such as:

• Weather conditions
• Holidays or peak seasons
• Customs clearance processes (for international orders)
• Carrier delays

If there is any significant delay, we will notify you as soon as possible and keep you updated on the status of your shipment.

6. Order Modifications & Cancellations

• Once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to modify or cancel it. Please double-check your order details before confirming your purchase.

• If an order is returned due to incorrect address information, we will notify you and offer the option to reship the item at your expense.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

• If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the tracking update so that we can assist you with a claim or reshipment.
• We are not responsible for lost or damaged items if they are marked as "delivered" by FedEx.
