If you're unsure, you can contact us and we’ll help you choose the best fit based on your height, weight, and preferred style (loose or regular fit).

3. Are your Gandouras and djellabas handmade or machine made?

We offer three types:

  • Handmade: detailed craftsmanship, premium quality.

  • Machine-made: consistent finish and affordable price.

  • Hand + Machine: a mix of precision and artisanal touches.

Each product page specifies which category it belongs to.

4. Do you ship to my country?

Yes, we ship internationally. During checkout, you can see if your country is supported.
If you don’t see it, contact us and we’ll assist you.

5. How long does shipping take?

Delivery time depends on the destination:

  • Local (Morocco): 1–3 business days

  • International: 5–12 business days on average
    You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

6. Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes. If your order doesn’t fit or meet your expectations, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving it.
Products must be unworn and in perfect condition.

7. Are your product photos real?

Yes — all photos you see on our website are real pictures of the actual products.
We do not use fake or unrealistic editing. What you see is what you receive.

No — our fabrics are treated to resist fading and shrinking when washed correctly.
