Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after receiving payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

Order Confirmation: Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation on Email or phone number provided . After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We use FedEx Express to deliver our products globally.
However, if you prefer to use a different carrier for your order, we are happy to accommodate your request.

If an order is returned due to incorrect address information, we will notify you and offer the option to reship the item at your expense.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages

- We are not responsible for lost or damaged items if they are marked as "delivered" by FedEx.
